Hinter jedem Patienten, hinter jeder Krankheit gibt es meist auch Angehörige, für die eine belastende Situation entsteht, bzw. entstanden ist. Dieses Erleben ist sehr umfangreich und spielt sich auf vielen Ebenen ab. Auf der seelischen Ebene beispielsweise, da die Angehörigen erleben, dass es dem Menschen nicht gut geht. Es können Spannungen auf der zwischenmenschlichen Ebene entstehen, wenn Patienten beispielsweise gereizt sind, suchtkrank oder dement. Zu diesen und zahlreichen, oft sehr individuellen psychosozialen Anforderungen, können auch körperliche Belastungen bei Pflege oder anderweitiger Entlastung des Patienten von Alltagsaufgaben und ein anspruchsvolles Zeitmanagement hinzukommen. Die Angehörigen sind somit auf zahlreichen Ebenen mitbelastet und werden mit diesem Erleben oft übersehen, da, verständlicherweise, der Patient der Hilfe seiner Angehörigen bedarf.

Angehörigenberatung bedeutet, Ihnen Möglichkeiten der seelischen Entlastung zu verschaffen und mit Ihnen als Angehörigen Wege zu entwickeln, die es Ihnen ermöglichen einen hilfreicheren Umgang mit Ihrer Situation finden zu können. Manchmal hilft es bereits, dass ein Mensch da ist, der zuhört und Verständnis zeigt.In der Angehörigenberatung gibt es jedoch zahlreiche weitere Möglichkeiten. Das Arbeiten mit Ressourcen, also Ihren Kräften und Möglichkeiten, das Kennenlernen der eigenen Grenzen, die Erweiterung der kommunikativen Möglichkeiten oder das Erlernen einer Entspannungsmethode.

Der Beratungsprozess als solches wird ganz individuell auf Sie abgestimmt. Ich biete Ihnen Möglichkeiten an und Sie bestimmen, in welche Richtung der Weg für Sie verlaufen soll.
